A new cryptocurrency exchange service is available at the border of Colombia and Venezuela, its aim is to help refugees traveling across the International Bridge. Visitors are now able to buy goods with Bitcoin through the service. The exchange is located in Santander, Colombia, just across the border from Venezuela.

The service lets users exchange Bitcoin (BTC) into Colombian Pesos (COP). At the physical location – a small phone service provider in a mall called La Parada – buyers can buy at 10% above market rate, and sellers can sell at 5% below market rate.
