Mt. Gox deadline extended again after trustee’s proposal did not have enough BTC to settle all claims

The submission deadline for the Mt. Gox rehabilitation plan has been pushed back again, due to rehabilitation trustee Nobuaki Kobayashi stating he would, if authorized by the court, sell off some of the recovered cryptocurrencies in order to settle prioritized fiat currency claims.

However the rehabilitation proposal said it was possible there would be an "insufficient amount" of Bitcoin to settle all claims, so the creditors did not accept this proposal, therefore no agreement was reached, thus delaying a potential end date for the case.
