Mitsubishi UFJ to invest in Coinbase, a service that allows users to store the virtual currency and make payments with it.

Mitsubishi UFJ will form a capital tie-up with U.S. bitcoin exchange operator Coinbase, looking to jointly develop a secure, low-cost system to transfer funds using blockchain technology.
